Job summary

Tory Burch in Lisbon (El Corte Inglés) is seeking Sales Associates for our new store opening Autumn 2026. This role focuses on delivering transformational client experiences, building our brand one customer at a time, and driving business through sales.

You will partner with a diverse team, demonstrate authentic style, and maintain product knowledge to advise customers. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus, and flexibility for a varied schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Tory Burch culture and products.
• Strong personal customer relations experience, ideally in luxury retail.
• Solid communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages desirable.

Due to the expansion of our retail store network Europe, we are looking for Sales Associates to join our team in the new store opening in Lisbon (El Corte Inglés), opening Autumn 2026.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is … You might be building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals, creating the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge, understanding and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer while ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. To Land This Role:

• Strong interest in the culture and products of Tory Burch;
• Strong personal customer relations experience, ideally in luxury retail;
• Solid communication skills and a passion for sales.

• Fluency is English is essential. Any other languages (Spanish, Portuguese etc) are desirable.
