Automaise in Lisbon is seeking an outcome-oriented Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to drive outbound B2B sales and capture new business. You will identify prospects, develop accounts, and close deals, while presenting compelling ROI and value to potential customers.

Ideal candidates will have proven SaaS sales success, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with a customer-centric approach.

Qualificações

• Proven SaaS sales experience with targets in customer service or contact centers.
• Experience selling to Customer Service, Operations, IT and business leaders.
• Consistently exceeded sales targets.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build business from scratch.
• Portuguese native/fluent and another European language.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market accounts.
• Develop territory strategy and target account lists.
• Generate pipeline through cold calling and email campaigns.
• Position Automaise through value-based selling and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with sales engineers and executives to close deals.
