This role supports clients in automating workflows and integrating AI technologies while providing mentorship throughout their AI journeys.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for AI, a problem-solving mindset, and readiness to learn. Flexible working arrangements and high earning potential are included with the position.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud preferred).
• Some experience or coursework in AI, automation, or workflow tools.
• Interest in chatbot development and automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support the creation of chatbots and virtual agents using Salesforce Einstein.
• Work directly with clients to guide them through the AI journey.
• Assist in building customer interactions using AI tools.
