Partner Company in Portugal is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to lead technical implementation and coordination of customer onboarding in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will work closely with onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver a consistent customer experience, shaping onboarding practices in an AI-driven partnership model.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical setup of customer onboarding, including API integrations and data mapping.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues and configuration challenges.
• Develop onboarding runbooks, guides, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and improvements.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics and drive process improvements.
• Mentor future onboarding engineers and improve onboarding practices.
