Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in Portugal to oversee merchant onboarding, payment integrations, troubleshooting, and platform reliability in a fast-paced fintech/crypto environment.

You will configure payment methods and routing, validate APIs during go-live, investigate incidents, and collaborate with international merchants and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth Go-Live and robust production readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or similar fintech/crypto/payments environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and payment methods across PSP, on/off-ramp, and card solutions.
