Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Romanian-speaking Player Support Specialist for a relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves assisting gaming community members via live chat, email, and tickets, resolving account and in-game issues, and staying current with game updates and events.
You will work in a multicultural on-site office environment, with relocation support and a focus on delivering premium customer service in Romanian.
Qualificações
- Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or community management is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality support to gaming community members via live chat, email, and tickets in Romanian.
- Assist players with technical troubleshooting, account management, and in-game transaction inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends within Gaming & Esports to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical bugs or community issues.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the premium brand voice of the client.
- Maintain understanding of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist users effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support knowledge base via player feedback.
