Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a customer support specialist to manage the RMA process for non-functional parts. You will be the main point of contact for end customers, providing information on standard services and ensuring deadlines are met.

Initial training will be provided, with hybrid work availability and on-call shifts. The role requires English at least at B2 level, proactive communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as end customers' point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure the RMA lifecycle follows the defined process and deadlines are met.
• Initial training will be provided.
