Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is hiring to support the repair/replacement workflow for non-functional parts and act as the main contact for end customers within the RMA process. You will provide information and assistance on standard services and the service catalog, ensuring lifecycle deadlines are met.

Initial training will be provided; the role requires at least B2 English, good communication, and readiness for hybrid work, on-call duties, and shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
• At least B2 level in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
