MAN Global Business Services Portugal is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee the European order lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry, timely processing, and coordination with internal teams and customers. You will contribute to a compliant, efficient Order to Cash process in a dynamic, international environment.

You will identify improvements, drive data quality, and support a new GBS hub with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years in order management or related area.
• Experience in B2B and automotive sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP system skills (SAP or similar).
• Fluent in French and English or other European languages.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end order management in SAP, from entry to delivery coordination.
• Validate orders, ensure accuracy, and align with commercial terms.
• Act as primary contact for customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Monitor pricing compliance and contract terms across orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Track backlog and on-time delivery performance, manage inquiries.
• Maintain master data for invoicing readiness and accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Support international operations in a growing GBS hub.
