emagine in Lisbon is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid model, supporting production applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor, analyze and troubleshoot production issues, coordinate incident resolution with DevOps and development teams, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role values ownership, reliability and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Application/ Production Support or similar role.
• Experience with DevOps tools or similar technologies.
• Experience managing incidents, defects and bugs.
• Experience supporting production environments and communicating with clients.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB; Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs and Postman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot issues affecting production applications.
• Investigate, validate and coordinate the resolution of incidents, defects and bugs.
• Provide production support and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps and other technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support incident and defect management processes, ensuring appropriate follow-up and prioritization.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team training.
• Ensure clear and structured communication throughout the incident resolution process.
