Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst with Performance Management experience to join our Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. You will provide multi-level support for the beqom CPM platform, analyze issues, configure HRIS data, and execute SIT/UAT testing for releases.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years in a similar field, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus English at least B2 level for an international environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience supporting HRIS, Performance Management, or related HR tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex system issues.
• Hands-on testing experience (SIT, UAT, regression testing).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 functional support for the beqom CPM Performance Management platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues.
• Configure and maintain HRIS data, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
• Execute testing activities (SIT, UAT, and regression testing) for releases, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver continuous improvements and support business requirements.
