• Coordinate and manage a team of reservation agents.
• Monitor performance through call listening and feedback sessions.
• Plan workload, assignments and targets for the agent team.
• Create and monitor action plans to hit objectives.
• Provide regular reporting to platform managers.
• Resolve questions and incidents and maintain quality management.
