ME Lisbon is seeking a Reservations Lead to maximise occupancy and revenue for a luxury hotel property in Caparica. You will oversee the Reservations Department, implement selling strategies across systems, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a similar role, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Opera Cloud PMS experience is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); a third language is a plus.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS and revenue management tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maximum occupancy and average rate through strategic inventory and selling techniques.
• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department for efficiency, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Apply and monitor the hotel's selling strategy across reservation systems; optimise availability and rate management.
• Proactively manage availability and adjust strategies based on demand patterns and market trends.
• Review and validate bookings, ensuring alignment with brand standards and distribution strategy.
• Manage overbookings and coordinate with Front Office and Sales for a smooth guest experience.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to support the hotel's commercial strategy.
