ME Lisbon, part of the Meliá Hotels International group, is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations process in Lisbon and maximise hotel revenue and occupancy with accurate, high-quality service to every guest.

The role involves overseeing daily Reservations Department operations, applying selling strategies across systems, forecasting demand, and coordinating with Revenue Management and Sales to support the hotel's commercial goals while maintaining a personalized guest

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in reservations or luxury hotel
• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management
• Passion for guest service excellence

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maximum occupancy and average room rate through inventory management and selling techniques
• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department for efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Apply and monitor selling strategy across reservation systems and optimize rate management
• Proactively manage availability and adjust strategies based on demand and trends
• Stay updated on local/global events impacting performance and forecast accordingly
• Review bookings for alignment with brand standards and distribution strategy
• Manage overbookings and coordinate with Front Office and Sales
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to support commercial strategy
