Job summary

iCliGo is seeking a Tourism Technician to join our Reservations Department in a back-office capacity, handling end-to-end bookings with accuracy and care. You will work closely with Travel Partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations from creation to cancellation and providing technical support for bookings.

The ideal candidate has a higher education in Tourism or related field, at least 3 years in similar roles, strong English skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Tourism or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Genuine interest in tourism and hospitality.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations—creating, modifying, and cancelling bookings.
• Provide support to Travel Partners.
