You will work within the Network & Stations team to deliver a seamless rental experience, maintain high professionalism, and support branch operations as needed.

Formación

• Sales background: proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to build rapport, ask open-ended questions and handle objections effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and rental agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing exceptional service.
• Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage, upgrades, and extra services to every customer.
• Use effective sales techniques and overcome objections to drive sales while adhering to policies.
• Assist customers by identifying additional services or products to enhance the rental experience.
