Sunkissedgetaways is seeking a motivated Vacation Account Manager to support clients through the reservation process. You will manage client accounts, coordinate reservations, maintain records, and deliver ongoing customer support to ensure smooth vacation planning.

• Assist with reservations and related requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Monitor payments, deadlines, confirmations, and follow-up requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.
• Respond to client questions and assist with resolving concerns.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain organized records within CRM and other company systems.
• Identify additional services that may be relevant to client needs.
• Complete administrative and customer-service tasks accurately and on time.
