Job summary

Teleperformance Portugal is hiring for an Operations Customer Expert to support Netflix users by phone, email and chat from Lisbon. You will manage accounts, billing inquiries, and product features, helping ensure smooth customer experiences.

The role involves a 40-hour week on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including nights and weekends. Contract is 12 months with potential for permanent employment after 2 years, plus a 1-month trial.

Qualifications

• English proficiency: B1 level or higher.
• Castilian fluency plus one regional combination (e.g., Castilian + Basque or Catalan & Valencian or Galician).
• Strong communication, empathy, problem solving, digital adaptability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Netflix users and handle account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide support via telephone, email and chat, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Work in a 40-hour week with a 24/7 rotational schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
