Job summary

Körber is seeking a Spare Part Technician Trainee in Porto to map and document Spare Parts processes, creating clear work instructions and knowledge bases to boost productivity. You’ll collaborate with service, parts, purchasing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate documentation and version control.

Qualifications

• Degree or CTeSP in Industrial Management or Industrial Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with SAP and technical English.
• Strong willingness to learn and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions for internal processes.
• Gather information from team members and technical specialists.
• Map processes and identify workflows.
• Create operational documentation using text, images, flowcharts, and screenshots.
• Ensure documents are standardized in accordance with company standards.
• Review and update existing documentation.
• Support the creation of knowledge bases and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Spare Parts, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to validate documented processes.
• Ensure version control and organization of documentation.
