Job summary

Körber Supply Chain Automation seeks a Technical Documentation Engineer to develop and maintain technical documentation for our logistics solutions, used by customers and internal teams. You will lead documentation projects, streamline authoring workflows, and contribute to a future-ready documentation strategy, including metadata and information architecture.

Collaboration with hardware and software engineers is essential.

Qualifications

University or technical college degree in engineering or related field, or 2–5 years in technical communication.
Interest in intelligent documentation and automation.
Ability to write technical information in English for a target audience and in line with EU machine regulations.
Collaborated with hardware and software engineers and other SMEs.
Experience with CCMS like Quanos ST4 and Microsoft Office; SAP/Confluence/Jira advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical documentation for Körber Supply Chain Logistics solutions for internal/external use.
Plan and independently implement documentation projects.
Contribute to concepts for future documentation strategy, including workflows, IA, terminology, and metadata.
Design interactive, machine-readable content for a digital twin information product.
Improve documentation quality with processes, style guides, and tool optimization.
