Körber is seeking a Customer Service Automation Engineer in Porto/ Maia area to deliver automation solutions for system upgrades, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards while driving innovation to improve operations and customer satisfaction. You will analyze client-reported issues, apply solutions, and prepare final reports.

The role requires PLC programming expertise, SIMATIC knowledge, and willingness for national and international relocation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Automation Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles with programming experience.
• Knowledge of SIMATIC Step7, SIMATIC TIA Portal and WinCC.
• Professional PLC programming experience.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Availability for national and international relocation.
• Systematic and customer-oriented.
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of specifications and technical requirements of equipment to be developed or modified, according to product needs, client specifications, and applicable standards and regulations.
• Design the architecture of solutions, taking specifications into account.
• Develop and program control algorithms.
• Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the area's operation more complete, effective, efficient, and profitable, guaranteeing and improving the service provided to clients.
• Promote the continuous improvement process, frequently reassessing work processes and methods.
• Analyze and apply solutions to overcome the problem reported by clients.
• Prepare the final report.
