Körber is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the commercial team in Porto, handling high-volume billing, invoicing processes, and coordination across Finance. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely execution, and collaboration with global teams, including SAP users and ServiceNow tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, demonstrates meticulous detail orientation, and communicates fluently in English. A hybrid/remote setup with training budgets and health benefits is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience within Finance, Business, or a comparable corporate function.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Highly organized and proactive working style with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue invoices with accuracy and compliance, supporting end-to-end billing.
• Handle billing preparation, validation, follow-up and corrections while resolving issues with stakeholders.
• Support daily operations, manage ServiceNow requests, and assist with time booking topics and NWA access.
• Apply workcenter updates, ensure correct cost center assignment, and coordinate implementations with stakeholders.
• Maintain service catalogue and commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal customers and finance areas including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Controlling.
• Support execution of commercial processes in standard tools (order to cash and related topics).
