Qualifications

• University or technical college degree in engineering or related field, or 2-5 years in technical communication.
• Affinity for plant and mechanical engineering and intelligent documentation.
• Ability to understand complex technical content, identify gaps and missing information for documentation.
• Ability to write technical and functional information in English for the target group and EU machine regulation.
• Collaborated with hardware/software engineers and other SMEs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CCMS (Quanos ST4), illustration/publishing tool, SAP, Confluence/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Körber Supply Chain Logistics solutions for internal and external customers.
• Plan and independently implement documentation projects.
• Contribute to future-ready documentation strategy, including authoring workflows, information architecture, terminology management and metadata implementation.
• Design and develop interactive, machine-readable content for a digital twin information product.
• Improve documentation quality, including processes, style guides and tools optimization, and identify efficiency improvements.
