Responsabilidades

• Support the commercial team in daily operations handling billing, system maintenance, and coordination.
• Generate and issue invoices; ensure accuracy and end-to-end billing.
• Handle ServiceNow requests; assist with time booking and NWA access; answer queries.
• Update workcenters; ensure correct cost center assignment and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain service catalogue and commercial documentation for accuracy.
• Manage shared mailbox communications with finance (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling).
• Assist with order-to-cash processes; no governance or FTE data ownership.

Körber’s Shared Service Center is commercially managing the worldwide OneIT organizations and other centrally managed functions of Körber – including all financial processes and invoicing of shared services to 50+ companies worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• You support the commercial team in daily operational activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution of commercial processes. The role focuses on a high-volume and growing workload in billing, system maintenance, and coordination.


• Generate and issue invoices. Ensure accuracy and compliance. Support end-to-end billing including preparation, validation, follow-up, and corrections. Resolve billing issues with stakeholders.


• Support daily operations. Execute tasks according to deadlines. Handle ServiceNow requests. Support time booking topics and NWA access. Assist with customer queries.


• Apply workcenter updates based on provided inputs. Ensure correct cost center assignment. Coordinate implementation with stakeholders.


• Support maintenance of service catalogue and commercial documentation. Ensure accuracy and consistency.


• Support shared mailbox communication. Coordinate with internal customers and finance areas including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Controlling.


• Supports execution of commercial processes in our standard tools (order to cash and related topics). Does not own governance or FTE data (e.g. Associates list), allocation logic, or financial structures.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Relevant professional experience within Finance, Business, or a comparable corporate function.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.


• Highly organized and proactive working style with a structured approach to problem-solving.


• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment and build strong cross‑functional relationships.


• Basic knowledge of SAP is required.
