Körber Campus Porto is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support the commercial team in daily billing, invoicing, and system maintenance within a high-volume, growing workload.

You will generate invoices, ensure accuracy and compliance, support end-to-end billing, assist with time booking and ServiceNow tasks, and coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Controlling. The role also involves maintaining the service catalogue and commercial documents.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in finance or a similar corporate function is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, proactive, and structured problem-solving approach.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue invoices; ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes.
• Support end-to-end billing including preparation, validation, follow-up, and corrections; resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Support daily operations; handle ServiceNow requests and time booking topics.
• Apply workcenter updates and ensure correct cost center assignment; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain service catalogue and commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Controlling.
