You will handle empathetic support via phone, e-mail and chat, assist with account management and billing, and explain products and features clearly. Fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and a 40-hour week with 24/7 rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in Spanish and English (B1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
