Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly voice for customers in Spanish and English. This on-site role in Lisbon offers opportunities to support leading global brands and grow within an expanding international environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. English C1 and native-level Spanish are required, with a Monday–Sunday roster and rotating days off.

Qualifications

• English Proficiency: C1 level with Harver assessment.
• Spanish Proficiency: Native-level standard for smooth customer interactions.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or client-facing role.
• Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to customers in Spanish- and English-speaking markets.
