Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market. This 100% remote role is based in mainland Portugal and supports 24/7 operations with rotational shifts.

You will handle account management and billing inquiries, assist with technical questions, and deliver empathetic service in a multicultural environment. Training is about 2 weeks in English, with a training allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Castilian Spanish.
• English proficiency: B1 minimum.
• One of the regional language combinations: Spanish + Basque, Spanish + Catalan/Valencian, or Spanish + Galician.
