team.it in Lisboa, Portugal is seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB System Administrator to join our international projects. You will configure, administer, and govern the CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity while enabling service mapping and discovery.

You will integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms, support ITSM processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in an Agile environment. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Solid experience with ServiceNow CMDB configuration, administration and governance.
• Hands-on experience deploying ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB data models, service mapping, discovery, and configuration management processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and third-party tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, REST APIs, SOAP services, and web service integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting platform issues and ensuring CMDB data quality.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation.
