Job summary

HiBob’s Professional Services team partners with customers through the entire lifecycle from sale to deployment. As an Implementation Manager/Project Manager/CSM, you will manage configuration, requirements, and delivery while ensuring successful deployments and happy customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams to align on objectives, risks, and timelines, maintaining detailed plans and proactive communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers.
• Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment.
• Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams.
• Work cross-functionally with our Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans to communicate project status both internally & externally.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalated to management as needed when project time deadlines become at-risk.
