Job summary

HiBob is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager/Project Manager to join the Professional Services team at HiBob. You will guide client projects from kickoff to deployment, ensuring successful adoption of the HRIS platform.

You’ll partner with Sales, CS Engineers, Product and Account teams, translate business objectives into system configurations, and manage risks across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication is essential.

• Strong SaaS and technology industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients from sale through deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives.
• Assess configuration options and provide best-practice guidance.
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies.
• Analyze operational data to scale and improve internal workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and communicate status.
• Perform risk management to minimize issues.
• Escalate to management when timelines are at risk.

The Professional Services team sits within the Customer Success department in HiBob. Within Professional Services we are responsible for providing consultation and enablement to HiBob customers. Supporting them through the implementation of HiBob to ensure they get the best out of the solution.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
• Experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap
• A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A passion to learn the Bob product and tech-savviness
• A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR
• You speak German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Spanish
• Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
• Experience with Asana, Slack, Quip, Zendesk

• Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment
• Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis
• Analyze operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams
• Work cross-functionally with our Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams
• Maintain detailed project plans to communicate project status both internally & externally
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Report and escape to management as needed when project time deadlines become at-risk
