Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a candidate for 1st line IT support to handle calls, emails, and chats, providing remote assistance and ensuring quick resolution of incidents. You will document issues, follow standard procedures, and coordinate with other Bosch teams.

The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, a technical IT background, and a customer-focused mindset. Hybrid work arrangements are available to fit business needs.

Formación

• Dutch language at C1 level and English at B2 level are required.
• Technical IT education or equivalent experience in hardware/software support.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls, emails, and requests for 1st level IT support.
• Analyze technical problems and provide remote assistance to customers.
• Follow incident management procedures and escalate when needed.
• Track incidents in the internal system and maintain updates.
• Collaborate with Bosch sites and colleagues across the support processes.
• Contribute to FAQs and knowledge base items.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work in the office and/or remotely as needed.
