Qualifications

• Education: Technical IT education or equivalent experience in hardware and software support.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• French at C1 and English at B2 level required; other European languages are a plus.
• Team player with service and solutions focus and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails and chats for first-level technical support.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide remote assistance.
• Follow incident instructions and escalation processes.
