Job summary

The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, a technical IT background, and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup aligning with business needs. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails and requests for 1st level IT support.
• Analyze technical problems and provide assistance via phone, email or chat using remote access tools; aim for 50% first level resolution after 6 months, 70% after 12 months.
• Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for incidents.
• Track incidents in the internal incident management system.
• Maintain communication with Bosch sites and colleagues involved in support processes.
• Contribute to FAQs and the knowledge base.
• Establish good relationships with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth information flow.
• Willing to work in the office and/or remote according to business needs.
