Job summary

Bosch Security Systems in Lisbon seeks an Automotive Helpdesk Support professional fluent in French to provide 1st level technical assistance via phone, email or chat. You will analyze issues, follow escalation processes and document incidents to improve the knowledge base.

A willingness to work in-office or remotely is required in this international team. You should have IT systems education or hardware/software knowledge, plus customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Technical education in IT systems or equivalent hardware/software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails and common requests for technical 1st level support.
• Analyze technical problems and provide remote/phone support with first level resolution.
• Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for all incidents.
• Track incidents in the internal system and communicate with colleagues.
• Contribute to FAQ and knowledge base; maintain good relationships with customers.
