The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality experience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to quickly adopt AI tools to streamline processes. This position works within a supportive team that values personalized hospitality and strives to deliver exceptional service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of 5-star hospitality experience in operational roles or experience in high-touch B2B SaaS customer support.
• Ability to adopt new AI tools quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and trust-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients during their go-live moment on our platform.
• Analyze live data flows and troubleshoot integrations.
• Maintain detailed records of account activities in CRM.
