Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to empower clients by transforming properties with our AI-powered Hospitality platform. You will train customers, design onboarding processes, and help hoteliers adopt the Guest Experience and Marketing tools.

This fully remote role requires hospitality know-how and strong communication. You’ll partner with Sales and Product to capture feedback, deliver measurable outcomes, and drive long-term customer success while maintaining client context throughout

Qualificações

• Hospitality experience or SaaS customer-facing background.
• Excellent communication with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business terms for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing platforms is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Train clients on the Cloudbeds platform to enable confident usage.
• Help clients design onboarding processes to reduce friction and drive adoption.
• Contribute to a knowledge base with training materials and insights.
• Manage the customer journey across video, phone, and email.
• Partner with Sales to set success metrics and demonstrate ROI.
• Support customer retention and long-term platform adoption.
