Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding Coach to empower hoteliers by shaping their processes and using our AI-powered platform. You will train clients remotely, helping them design efficient workflows that improve guest experiences and drive platform adoption.

The role emphasizes empathy, strategic onboarding, and collaboration with Sales and Product to translate customer feedback into product improvements. English fluency is required, with bonus Spanish skills considered an asset.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of 5-star hospitality experience in Front Desk or Revenue Manager roles, or 3+ years in a relevant SaaS customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology (RMS, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting).
• Excellent communication with empathy and a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Train clients on the Cloudbeds platform to ensure confident usage for hospitality business.
• Partner with Sales and Product to translate onboarding feedback into operational improvements.
• Maintain client context across onboarding journeys and document knowledge for reuse.
• Manage the customer journey via video, phone, and email to ensure success metrics.
