Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced Hypercare Onboarding Coach to guide clients at live go-lives on our AI-powered hospitality platform. You’ll analyze live data, troubleshoot integrations, and design processes to minimize friction across time zones while delivering highly personalized support.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hospitality or B2B SaaS with a strong customer-success mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage urgent queues while maintaining a guest-first approach.

Qualificações

• Over 3 years of 4- or 5-star hospitality experience in operational roles.
• Or 3+ years of relevant B2B SaaS in high-touch customer success.
• Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building.
• Ability to manage high-priority queues across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-Go-Live safety net and monitor system health.
• Triage and resolve highly intensive technical questions instantly.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce manual work and improve adoption.
• Coordinate with product and support teams across time zones.
• Document interactions in CRM with clear context.
