In this role, you'll guide clients through the onboarding process, tailoring the experience to their unique needs while fostering strong relationships for retention and success.

The ideal candidate has over one year of hospitality experience and two years in customer-facing roles, with fluency in English and Portuguese. Join our remote-first team and be part of our innovation journey in the hospitality industry.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience in roles like Front Desk or Revenue Manager.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate client onboarding and training via video, phone, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and product adoption.
