Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support Coach to advocate for hotel partners and deliver exceptional support across live chat, email, and phone. You will resolve issues, guide product adoption, and contribute to training materials while staying ahead of system updates.

You will join a dynamic, fully remote team of 60+ support professionals globally, delivering outstanding experiences to hospitality partners across 150 countries.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of hospitality experience in hotels or similar
• Native or fluent in English; Spanish a plus, Portuguese a bonus
• Excellent communication and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support existing customers (hotels) daily in using Cloudbeds software.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform outbound calls for escalated cases.
• Foster strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and software adoption.
• Gather feedback for future releases and requirements from customers.
• Use training materials and attend online sessions to stay updated on system changes.
