Deblock is seeking a FinCrime Analyst in Porto to review and investigate fraud cases, escalate unusual activity, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. You will support customers and help maintain a secure, compliant fintech environment.

The role is a night shift, with rotations and a focus on delivering accurate decisions within a fast-paced team. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

We're looking specifically for Night Shift analysts: Your shifts will rotate between 10pm and 6am.
