Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals according to guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering via multiple channels (calls, email, chat, SMS).
• Document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy with patients and customers.
• Follow procedures to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
