Concentrix Portugal is hiring a Customer & Technical Support Specialist for its Porto on-site team. You will provide expert support for medical diabetes devices and accessories, handling orders and renewals, and assisting customers across European markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Stay calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Patience and good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Knowledge/background in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
