Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Customer & Technical Support Specialist in Porto, on-site, to provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across European markets. You will manage orders and renewals, assist with product usage, and document interactions in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level.
• Capable of supporting multiple markets.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication.
• Problem-solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Stay calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Patient, good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Active listening and empathy to resolve client issues.
• (Bonus) Knowledge in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals per guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering via calls, email, chat, and SMS.
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Use active listening and empathy for sensitive patients.
• Follow procedures to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
