Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join its remote team in Portugal. You will assist customers on an online payments platform, handle inquiries, and help resolve payment issues in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Working remotely from Portugal, you will communicate clearly, document interactions, and maintain high service standards while coordinating with global teams. Relocation support may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new systems.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION
