Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a remote, Portugal-based team. You will assist with online payment platform inquiries, guide customers on transactions, and resolve payment issues.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 with weekends off, and relocation support may be available for eligible candidates. This is a remote position in the fintech space requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new systems.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The role is fully remote, with preference given to candidates already residing in Portugal.
