Job summary

Atlean World is seeking a customer-facing specialist to be our brand ambassador across phone, chat and email. You will assist viewers and customers with queries, provide account and application support, and troubleshoot software functionality.

The role requires fluency in Italian and strong English, with resilience and a target-driven mindset. This is a Full Remote, 40-hour week position in the EU, potentially with relocation to Portugal within EU constraints.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and good English.
• Persuasive, confident communication style.
• Resilience and a target-driven mindset.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with performance-based incentives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean criminal record.
• B2+ English level.
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã).

Responsibilities

• Engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand needs.
• Promoting products or services and guiding customers toward the right solution.
• Keeping accurate records of leads, opportunities and follow-ups.
• Provide account and application support via phone, chat and email.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
