The Europe Concept is hiring a Tech Customer Service Representative to support English- and Italian-speaking customers with technical issues. This is a 100% remote, permanent role available to candidates based in Portugal or willing to relocate.

You will be the first point of contact, explain solutions clearly, resolve problems efficiently, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences for a global brand.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Tech-savvy with comfortable use of digital tools and troubleshooting.
• Able to think quickly and find solutions under pressure.

Responsabilidades
