Job summary

Closer Consulting is seeking an IT Technical Support Technician to deliver Level 1 and 2 support for hardware and software within a banking-focused IT environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, assist with Office and messaging tools, and collaborate with global IT teams.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, creating precise reports and documentation while developing your skills through dedicated training and a remote-friendly work setup.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office, Windows, and messaging tools.
• Troubleshoot applications, hardware, laptops, and mobile devices (iPhone/tablets).
• Experience with incident and request management tools.
• Support users in a banking or financial environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage users with different needs and expectations.
• Create reports and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Work closely with local and global IT support teams.
